These four photos show the interior of the main chemistry lab (ground floor left  block-13 aka "The Science Block").

They were taken by ex member of staff Hugh Ritchie in 1977.  At that time Hugh was the Head of Chemistry and also taught an integrated science course to years 1 and 2 (and possibly 3).

The first photo was taken looking towards the front, taken from the back of the classroom standing by the "Emergency Exit" door (see third photo in this group).

The forth photo was taken looking towards the back of the main chemistry lab.  Taken standing near the "other" door.

The photo looks through the joining door into the "A" Level Chemistry Lab.  There is a close-up of the joining door in the next set of photos.
